New Cycle Trainer

I purchased a cycle trainer online from Torpedo7 in Hamilton. I ordered it on Tuesday and it arrived in Thursday morning.I have had some trial rides on it and it works perfectly and is very quiet. I have put it in the conservatory where I can watch the tele.Imagine watching the Tour de France with a solo effort two ks from the front and a chasing pack. Yesterday I watched the world match cycle sprint. At the end of the race my pulse had jumped up from 115 to 147 without realising that I had started sprinting as well.




This is going to be my way of training when its cold and wet this winter.No worries about the traffic,wind, punctures or fading light.
