The reason for my attempting to do this Round Taupo Cycle Challenge is so that I will get fit again. Just training for health's sake is difficult for me. I suffer from High Blood pressure and high colesterol. My kidney function is not a hundred percent so have a high urea level and high uric acid level resulting in gout. This all adds up to a low blood count resulting in poor oxygen transport from lungs to muscles. Otherwise I'm fine. ........
